Project Concept Statement

The Uptown Villa Apartments are designed to enhance community activities through the Place Attachment Theory. Within the space, one will encounter high considerations regarding the well-standards. All interior community spaces are ADA compliant and feature additional accessible FF&E selections. The design intent is to create a multifunctional space focused on user-centered design and community outreach through place attachment.
